Bows, roses and trims

All our bows, roses and trims are handmade and will vary slightly in size and shape.  Most of the designs we have are unique to us and not available anywhere else.

Machine made laces of all types (Cluny, Venise, Raschel, Eyelet, Embroidery, Schiffli embroidery, etc.) are made in lengths that correspond to the machine's length and eventually will have joins or seams, which are necessary for spooling. This is not a defect, but a normally occurring and unavoidable part of the process of their manufacture. While we try to "cut around" these joins, sometimes we miss them and they do slip through.

All our lace is made in the USA. We buy in yards, so we sell in yards. 
We have various colour combinations. If you don't see what you want, feel free to drop us an email and we will do our best to get it when we place our next order with our suppliers.

Shades of White in Lace.

Different fibres will produce different shades of white i.e. like Rayon is a different white to Polyester or Cotton white.  Whilst the manufacturers will describe them as all as white, please understand that they can be different.   

If you are not happy with the shade of white of our laces, or in fact any of our products, we will without question, refund or exchange your item. 

If we feel a manufacturer's white is not pure white, we will describe it as off white or light ivory. But, that will be our interpretation, not the manufacturer's. 


Due to recent problems, we no longer accept cheques.

We are not geared up to take orders and payments on the telephone.  All orders and payments must go through the website.

Lost Packages Royal Mail UK

In the event your item is not delivered, we cannot make a claim with Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed from the date of posting, as the Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until this period has expired. We will then ask the customer to confirm via email that they have not received their item, as this is required evidence by Royal Mail for a lost package claim.  We will then issue a refund or replacement at the customers preference.

Apologies to our overseas customers that, in view of the overseas items that have been lost, we have had to increase our postage charge to incorporate International Signed for Tracking.



If you have a problem checking out your order, please check that you have not tried to buy more of any item than the number we have in stock. We usually find that this sorts out the problem, but if you still have difficulties please email us and we will try and help.

Please note:  you need to click update cart after you have entered the quantity/yards you require or the cart will revert the item back to a quantity of one at the checkout.

Be Nice

If you change your mind after you have checked out your order, please let us know; we really won't mind. If you don't let us know, you tie up stock and make it unavailable to other customers. 
We will wait 48 hours after you checkout to let us know how you wish to pay or to complete your Paypal payment. If we don't hear from you in the 48 hours, we will delete your order. 
If you have any questions or enquiries, please email us and we will respond as soon as we possibly can. Although we are usually on line some of the time 7 days a week, please bear in mind we are not on the pc 24/7!!

If you need to call us on the phone, please try and make it business hours Monday to Friday. We like the weekends off too!! 


We are not wholesalers; we are retailers. Most of our laces and bows are made for us to our design colour combinations and our specifications. We ask that you do not purchase from us to specifically re-sell on Ebay and other auction sites. Thanks.
